We are looking for job title : Salesforce Licensing and Analytics Specialist, Center of Excellence

You'll create impact by

  • Conducting end-to-end audits of Salesforce license and consumption usage across multi-cloud, multi-org environments, including instances, editions, and add-ons.
  • Identifying unused, underutilised, and redundant licences by analysing usage data, user roles, and business requirements.
  • Managing the full licence lifecycle from procurement and allocation through optimisation and retirement to improve utilisation and control spend.
  • Ensuring compliance with Salesforce licensing terms and conditions across organisational units to reduce audit and contractual risk.
  • Building optimisation roadmaps with measurable cost-savings targets through reallocation, downgrades, or decommissioning of licences.
  • Crafting arguments that quantify savings potential and guide strategic investment decisions for Salesforce and broader SaaS services.
  • Developing KPI dashboards and executive-ready reporting on utilisation, adoption, spend, service levels, and optimisation progress.
  • Partnering with procurement, finance, legal, business leaders, and technical teams to align licensing strategy and communicate policies and benefits.

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Applying 510 years experience in software management, IT procurement, optimisation, analysis, or licence management in enterprise environments.
  • Handling and optimising Salesforce or comparable SaaS licensing in large-scale, multi-org, multi-cloud ecosystems.
  • Building KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and data analysis tools.
  • Performing detailed licence audits to uncover cost-saving opportunities and drive value realisation through better adoption and utilisation.
  • Developing software asset governance frameworks, policies, and standard processes for licence allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Delivering financial analysis, cost modelling, and case development to support investment and optimisation decisions.
  • Interpreting contractual agreements and licensing terms, influencing partners through good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
