Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions usingOmniStudio, EPC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.
- ImplementEnergy & Utilities Cloudsolutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and architects to define requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and guide development teams, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
- Oversee integrations with external systems, APIs, and other platforms ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and stability.
- Participate actively inAgile ceremoniesincluding planning, stand-ups, estimation, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Support customer training, documentation, automated testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote sustainability awareness and support organizational initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum4 years of Salesforce experience, including development and team management in large implementation projects, preferably in energy or utilities domains.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise inEnergy & Utilities Cloudor similar industry solutions.
- Proficient inOmniStudio, EPC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of energy/utilities industry processes: customer data management, billing, metering, and compliance.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, providing technical guidance, and driving best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications likeOmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer II, orTechnical Architectare highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time.
- High attention to detail, proactive attitude, consultative approach, and passion for excellence.
