Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, architecting solutions, and guiding teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Ensure integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Drive adoption and provide training/support to end-users.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features for business benefit.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–9 years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure to additional Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing, Commerce, Health) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certification(s) required (Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Consultant).
  • Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and leading Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
