Job Description:

• As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, enhancing, and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• This role requires strong technical expertise across Sales & Service Cloud, hands-on integration experience, and the ability to lead teams while also contributing to pre-sales and solutioning discussions

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Team Leadership:

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Define and enforce standards for application design, coding, and database architecture.
• Provide solution direction and mentor developers on best practices.Lead / Mentor team, especially in project execution.
• Drive outcomes, facilitate clear communication, and close open-ended discussions with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute in solution consulting and customer workshops.
• Deliver demos and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) rapidly (within 1–2 days).

Development & Implementation

• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.
• Implement end-to-end platform functionalities including workflow, approvals, user setup, and admin tasks.
• Handle data migration, including mapping, transformation, and loading.Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, WSDL, Middleware tools, and third‑party applications.
• Manage deployments using Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or similar).

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.End-to-end implementation in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (Middleware/REST/SOAP/WSDL).
• Hands-on with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Batch Apex.
• Experience with data migration & system configuration.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and integration methodologies.
• Ability to document, test, develop, and deploy solutions across environments.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide effective, scalable solutions.Familiarity with Release Management tools (Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with JIRA or equivalent task management tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing exposure.Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Integration Architect
• Experience integrating with AWS platform and P2P systems.
