Salesforce Lead Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce applications that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect Salesforce applications and integrations with other systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features to recommend improvements and optimizations to the Salesforce environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Salesforce DX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
