Salesforce Lead/Architect (Marketing cloud)

We are hiring Position name: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Experience: 8-12 years

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Notice Period: 0-30 days

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead architecture and execution of Marketo Marketing Cloud Next (Advanced) migration

2. Define migration strategy, including data, assets, campaigns, and integrations

3. Perform current-state assessment of Marketo instance (programs, lists, workflows, scoring models) and map to target architecture

4. Design target data model and identity resolution strategy using Salesforce Data Cloud

5. Architect journey orchestration and campaign transformation aligned to Marketing Cloud Next capabilities

6. Define and implement data migration frameworks (batch + real-time where applicable)

7. Lead integration design across CRM, external systems, and third-party tools (APIs, middleware)

8. Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and consent management during migration

9. Establish governance, naming conventions, and operational model for the new platform

10. Drive cutover strategy, testing, and hypercare support
