The Salesforce Integration Architect Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and guiding a team of Salesforce Integration Architects. This role will provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to ensure the successful design and implementation of enterprise-level integration solutions connecting Salesforce with other business-critical systems. The Manager is accountable for the team's performance, resource allocation, adherence to best practices, and the overall quality and security of all integration solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive maximum business value.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Integration Architects, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and professional environment.
- Provide strategic oversight and technical guidance on the design and architecture of all Salesforce integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and project assignments across the integration architecture team to meet delivery timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and document strategic integration roadmaps, standards, and technical governance policies.
- Ensure the team establishes and enforces best practices for integration architecture, data governance, security, and scalability standards across all projects.
- Oversee the team's efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal system downtime.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage professional development, and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies, Salesforce features, and industry best practices to guide the team in recommending innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or an MBA are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in integration architecture, with a minimum of 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role, managing integration teams.
- Expertise in managing projects that leverage Salesforce integration tools and technologies, such as MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and External Services.
- Proven ability to define and enforce strategic integration patterns and best practices, including API-first design, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect or a combination of Integration Architect and Application Architect are highly preferred.
- Experience with resource planning and managing a portfolio of projects involving enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday is a plus.
