Salesforce Integration Analyst - QA

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Analyst - QA with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Salesforce integrations and customizations, as well as identifying and resolving any issues that arise. The candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its various integrations, as well as experience with QA testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce integrations and customizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all integrations are implemented and tested correctly
• Identify and report issues and defects, and work with development teams to resolve them
• Ensure that all integrations and customizations are compliant with established standards and best practices
• Create and maintain testing documentation and reports
• Provide technical support to end-users

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce integration and QA testing
• Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce integrations and customizations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and its various integrations (APIs, web services, etc.)
• Experience with QA testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are a plus
