About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer who also has hands-on expertise integrating HubSpot with Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and deep functional knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals).
- Develop custom components using Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, and APIs.
- Build and support HubSpot Salesforce integrations (data sync, workflows, API-based integrations).
- Manage quote-to-cash processes and CPQ enhancements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, convert them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ, quoting, and integration-related issues.
- Ensure data consistency between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Create and maintain documentation, technical design notes, and deployment plans.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer.
- Strong development experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce (API-based integration or HubSpot-SFDC connector).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ constructs like product bundles, attribute rules, pricing methods, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder.
- Knowledge of middleware (Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, etc.) for integrations.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, CPQ Specialist).
- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset).
Education:
- B.E / B. Tech / MCA / Equivalent technical degree.
