Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Design functional Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for end users.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
