Job Description

Perform functional and automation testing for Salesforce applications across multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud, and CPQ
Design, create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements
Conduct end-to-end testing, regression testing, integration testing, and defect validation for Salesforce applications
Manage defect lifecycle including defect logging, tracking, reporting, and resolution coordination with development teams
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile environments to ensure quality deliverables
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java for Salesforce application testing
Utilize Selenium features such as locators, XPath, exception handling, implicit waits, and explicit waits for robust test automation
Perform test reporting and provide quality metrics to project stakeholders
Maintain and manage version control repositories using Git or similar tools
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or related tools
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA process improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
