We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer for a 6-month remote contract role. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce development and hands-on experience with FSL, Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce components using:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows
- Build, configure, and maintain Field Service Lightning (FSL) capabilities and customizations.
- Manage and optimize performance for large data volumes within Salesforce.
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AWS integrations as part of ongoing projects and adaptive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and development best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with FSL product releases and changes, applying relevant enhancements.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions that extend beyond native Salesforce functionality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 710 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise in FSL, Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flow Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Salesforce-AWS integrations is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and scalable coding practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is a must.
