Seeking a Salesforce Administrator with foundational development knowledge to support system administration, user support, and basic
enhancements across Salesforce. This role provides exposure to development tools like Apex, LWC, and integrations while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support and issue resolution
Configure and maintain:
Users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Custom objects, fields, and page layouts
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Assist with data management (imports, cleansing, deduplication)
Support basic automation using:
Flow Builder and Basic Apex
Assist in development tasks such as:
Writing simple Apex classes and triggers
Supporting Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
Participating in integration support activities (API-based systems)
Gain exposure to:
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
OmniStudio (basic usage)
Assist in testing, deployments, and documentation
Collaborate with senior admins and developers on enhancements
Key competencies
Essential Skills
4+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience
Basic understanding of:
Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts)
Reports and dashboards
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Apex fundamentals (classes, triggers)
Lightning Web Components (LWC) basics
Salesforce data model and security concepts
Exposure or willingness to learn:
Integrations (APIs)
OmniStudio
Security model basics (profiles, roles)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
