Salesforce FSC Developer

As Salesforce Senior Developer you are responsible for developing applications using FSC Cloud in terms of automation transparency and security

Knowledge and experience in the area of flows omnichannel configurations APIs and authentication method

Knowledge and experience in developing Lightning Web Components LWCAPEX Aura VisualForce pages Salesforce IntegrationREST SOAP Streaming APIs Platform Events

Should have proper understanding of FSC Objects and mappingtransforming Objects from SalesService Cloud

Ensure increasing automation and thus secure data quality

Maintain release processes that trigger event based data processing via API

Adapt data models authorization concepts validation rules and optimization of data flows

Create prototypes and deploy them up to the finished solution

Develop the Salesforce environment including Apex functions

Able to identify problems related to our existing Apex code

Work with Product Management to investigate how sales commercial and customer teams operate and follow standard Product management ways of working to ensure our platform is efficient and free of bottlenecks enabling faster customer onboarding

Cross functionality to understand broader business problems and seek opportunities to strengthen the Salesforce capability

6 years of Salesforce experience FSC Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

Experience working with work cross functional teams including salescommercial

Knowledge within Salesforce Flows to improve workflow automation

Knowledge of Connected Apps and Streaming API

Excellent knowledge in coding Apex and the Salesforce technical architecture

General knowledge of permission concepts access to records objects functionality etc

Excellent knowledge of automation options and their sensible use as well as authorization sets and user management are a matter of course

Keep an eye on the big picture and find sustainable solutions for the desired requirements

Knowledge and experience in developing enhancements using Experience Cloud

Nice to have skills

Implement Agent Force vibes and Prdedictive and Analytic solutions using Agent Force
