Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce FSC, Agentforce, OmniStudio, and OmniScript, with openness to work across additional Salesforce modules as needed.
- Prior experience with Loyalty and Rewards implementations and Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in onshore and offshore delivery models.
Note: Willing to work in the South Africa (SA) time zone and adhere to the SA holiday calendar.
