Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions in conjunction with Five9 integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce and Five9 systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on Salesforce and Five9 functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-13 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong understanding of Five9 cloud contact center solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and data management.
• Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
