Requirements
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Technical Architect with 10–15 years (8+ years in Salesforce, 5+ years in Architecture roles), responsible for leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for Asset/Wealth Management clients.
- Advisor-led servicing, client relationship management, portfolio insights, and digital engagement, requiring deep expertise in FSC data models, integrations, and scalable architecture.
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations in Asset/Wealth Management
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Design and govern solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Architect FSC data models including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Assets, Securities, Holdings, and Interaction Summaries
- Enable key business processes such as AUM reporting, client interactions, meeting preparation, and portfolio management
- Design low-code/no-code solutions using Flows, OmniStudio, and FSC capabilities
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configurations
- Design and review integrations with portfolio management systems, market data providers, core banking platforms, and data warehouses
- Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures
- Define security architecture addressing client data privacy, advisor entitlements, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and efficient data volume management within Salesforce limits
- Conduct architecture governance, code reviews, and design validations
- Provide technical leadership across internal teams and vendors
- Drive DevOps and release management practices including CI/CD and version control
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, supporting solution design and estimations
- Support adoption of Agentic AI use cases using Agentforce and third-party tools
- Promote AI-driven solutions leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with Asset Management domain experience
- Deep understanding of FSC data models (Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Assets, Holdings)
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Flows, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, performance tuning, and platform limits
- Understanding of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in financial services
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
