We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Lead to join our team in India. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly in the financial services domain, to drive successful project outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features relevant to the Financial Services sector.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or relevant Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant are preferred.
