Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions across our enterprise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) ecosystem.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of modern Salesforce engineering, building responsive, high-performance user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC), implementing autonomous AI agents with Salesforce Agentforce, and engineering resilient, event-driven integrations with core banking and financial systems.

You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, product teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, scalable, and AI-driven capabilities tailored to the banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and implement autonomous AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Design resilient, event-driven integrations between Salesforce and core banking, financial, and enterprise systems.
• Develop secure and scalable Apex-based solutions, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, governance, and performance standards.
• Contribute to modern Salesforce engineering practices, including reusable components, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Design solutions that support complex business processes across banking, wealth management, and insurance environments.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences.
