Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements to leverage new features for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services industry practices and Salesforce capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with data management, integration tools, and APIs in Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant) are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
