Role: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer / Lead
Exp: 8+ Years For Lead /5–8 years Developer
Location: PAN India- Hybrid

Strong hands‑on experience with:
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Classes
Solid understanding of FSL data model and scheduling optimization.
Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions including:
Work Orders
Service Appointments
Assets
Maintenance Plans
Work Types
Service Territories
Service Resources
Operating Hours, Skills, Scheduling & Optimization Policies
Configure and optimize:
FSL Dispatcher Console
Gantt scheduling
Appointment lifecycle and SLA compliance
Configure and customize FSL Mobile App (iOS / Android):
Offline data access and synchronization
Mobile actions, quick actions, and technician workflows
Ensure usability and performance in low‑connectivity field environments.
Integration & Platform
Participate in design reviews, estimations, and sprint planning.
