Core Responsibilities & Expertise
The FSL Architect will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, leading design efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of robust Salesforce Field Service solutions. Key responsibilities and required experience include:
- 10+ years of Salesforce experienceoverall.
- Minimum 5 years of Architecture experiencein a dedicated role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FSL implementation from scratch.
- Expertise inData Modellingand data architecture best practices.
- Experience in system design related to makingpurchasedecisions and integrations.
- Deep experience withSalesforce Lightning, including Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Component features (LWC).
- In-depth knowledge of implementingSalesforce security concepts.
- AdvancedSalesforce Customizationskills usingApex, Flows, and LWC.
- Experience in implementingSalesforce SOQL, SOSL(including dynamic queries in Apex logic).
- Proficiency in using tools likeData Loader, Work Bench, POSTMAN, and Salesforce Inspector.
- Experience usingCICD based deployment toolslike GitHub/GitLab/Azure Dev Ops/Bitbucket, etc.
- Experience in setting upConnected Apps and Single Sign-on (SSO).
- Expertise in differentIntegration patternsand their application across various scenarios.
- Experience inSales Cloud and Service Cloudto ensure seamless platform integration.
- Strong experience in debugging the code for troubleshooting issues.
- Must possess supporting certifications (at least should be aSalesforce Application Architect).
Nice to Have Skills
- Understanding ofCopadoDevOps platform.
- Knowledge in configuringCICD pipeline using Azure Dev Ops.
- Pre-Sales support experience(Org Level).
