Position Summary
As a Salesforce Enterprise Architect at Gruve, you will be the principal architect, responsible for defining and driving the overall Salesforce strategy and architecture for our diverse clientele. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the value of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Vision
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture roadmap, aligning with business strategy and long-term goals.
Solution Architecture
- Design and architect complex, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and integrations, considering security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly and effectively.
Salesforce Multi-Cloud Expertise
- Architect and implement solutions across all relevant Salesforce clouds, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Data Cloud
- Industry-specific Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
Integration Strategy
- Define and govern the enterprise integration strategy between Salesforce and other systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and integration platforms like MuleSoft.
Platform Governance
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and challenges.
- Develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity.
Innovation & Research
- Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements, researching new technologies and trends, and recommending innovative solutions.
Performance Optimization
- Design and implement strategies for optimizing Salesforce performance and scalability.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Pre-Sales Support
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, developing solution proposals, and presenting technical demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with significant experience in architecting enterprise-level solutions.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including governor limits, security, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Pardot
- Industry Clouds
- Strong experience with integration patterns, APIs, and integration platforms like MuleSoft.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and developers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead technical discussions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
- Experience in a specific industry vertical (e.g., Legal, Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services) is a plus.
