- Requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5-8+ years in a leadership or management role within the Salesforce Platform ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components/LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, APIs), architecture, data modeling, and integration with other systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Install packages).
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps principles
- Excellent communication skills and must have managed Salesforce teams
