- Banking / Financial Services (Payments preferred; Insurance & Retail Banking excluded)
Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
- Salesforce Development (5+ years)
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce LWC, Apex, and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (PD1 & PD2)
- Experience in Banking/Payments domain (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and integration of Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and FSC
- Take full ownership of development tasks from requirements gathering to deployment
- Implement, configure, and customize Financial Services Cloud
- Design and develop secure and scalable integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal turnaround time
- Quickly adapt to new projects and deliverables with tight deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical dependencies
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations across financial systems
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Data Masking is a plus
