Salesforce Engineer - Financial Service Cloud Implementation

• Banking / Financial Services (Payments preferred; Insurance & Retail Banking excluded)

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

• Salesforce Development (5+ years)
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce LWC, Apex, and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (PD1 & PD2)
• Experience in Banking/Payments domain (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and integration of Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and FSC
• Take full ownership of development tasks from requirements gathering to deployment
• Implement, configure, and customize Financial Services Cloud
• Design and develop secure and scalable integrations with third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal turnaround time
• Quickly adapt to new projects and deliverables with tight deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical dependencies
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations across financial systems
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Data Masking is a plus
