Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop NLP-based chatbots using the Salesforce Einstein platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define chatbot functionality and features.
• Develop and maintain conversational flows, intents, and entities within the chatbot framework.
• Train and fine-tune NLP models to enhance chatbot accuracy and performance.
• Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation across various scenarios.
• Monitor chatbot performance metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Implement enhancements based on insights from performance monitoring.
• Document chatbot development processes, including architecture, design decisions, and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on chatbot usage and best practices.
• Stay up to date with NLP, AI trends, and advancements in Salesforce Einstein capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience with NLP-based chatbots using Salesforce Einstein.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, techniques, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including Einstein Bots, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, IBM Watson, or similar.
