About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Salesforce Education Cloud Architect with expertise in Salesforce Cloud, Education Cloud,Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud modules.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions
- Understand business requirements from universities/educational institutions and translate into scalable solutions
- Design data models, integrations, and system architecture
- Implement solutions using:
- Salesforce Education Cloud
- Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Define best practices for:
- Security
- Data governance
- Performance optimization
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, LMS, SIS)
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and project managers
- Ensure solution alignment with Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud
- Expertise in:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of:
- Student lifecycle management
- Admissions and recruitment processes
- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Data modeling
- Security & sharing rules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications:
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
- Application/System Architect
- Education Cloud Consultant
- Experience in education industry (Universities, EdTech)
- Experience in agile delivery models
