Role Overview

Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Release Manager to manage Salesforce releases and deployments across multiple environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Copado and GitHub, along with the ability to coordinate releases, troubleshoot deployment issues, and maintain stable Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Salesforce releases across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Handle code promotions, back-promotions, and environment synchronization.
• Manage GitHub branches, pull requests, and merge conflicts.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with developers and project teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and environment standards.
• Coordinate multiple development workstreams and releases simultaneously.
• Ensure deployment quality, stability, and adherence to release processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce DevOps or Release Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Copado.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment dependencies, and sandbox management.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce development workstreams and releases.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio) deployment experience.
• Experience with DataPacks and OmniStudio components.
• Copado certifications – Fundamentals, Consultant, or Robotic Testing.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Administrator.
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities industry.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programs.
