Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps / Release Lead to own release engineering across Salesforce Flow-driven projects and AWS infrastructure deployments.
This role will establish governance, ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines, manage environment strategies, and enhance system stability through automation and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines optimized for Flow deployments (validations, automated testing, approvals)
- Define Git branching strategies and deployment standards
- Manage sandbox and environment strategies, including refresh cycles and data seeding
- Implement release governance, change management, and rollback strategies
- Automate AWS infrastructure deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Manage secrets handling and secure environment configurations
- Improve system reliability via monitoring, logging, runbooks, and incident response processes
- Coordinate release schedules with US stakeholders
- Drive quality gates and deployment readiness reviews
Must Have
- 6+ years of DevOps / Release Management experience
- Strong Salesforce deployment and environment management expertise
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience managing sandbox strategies and metadata deployments
- Exposure to AWS deployment basics (IAM, monitoring, infrastructure automation)
- Strong communication skills (US stakeholder-facing)
Good to Have
- Experience with Copado or Gearset
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Experience with Flow governance and version control best practices
- Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)
- Knowledge of secrets management best practices
