Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our Salesforce DevOps initiatives, optimizing deployment processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development and hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce DevOps initiatives to optimize deployment processes and enhance productivity.
- Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain and improve deployment scripts and automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in Salesforce.
- Train and mentor junior team members on DevOps practices and Salesforce tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management and change sets.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
