Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce DevOps professional to lead and manage CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy across complex Salesforce ecosystems. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, DevOps tools, automation, and governance, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipeline design, and release management across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, etc.).
- Design and implement automated deployment frameworks using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, AutoRABIT, or equivalent.
- Define and manage branching strategies, version control, and deployment governance using Git-based repositories.
- Drive environment management strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod) including sandbox refreshes and data seeding.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, and business teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment quality.
- Manage complex deployments involving Apex, LWC, Flows, Metadata, Integrations, and Managed Packages.
- Establish DevOps metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for release quality, deployment success rate, and cycle time.
- Mentor DevOps and Salesforce teams; provide technical leadership and guidance.
- Support large-scale programs, multi-org strategies, and enterprise Salesforce transformations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1216 years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation.
- Expertise in DevOps tools: Copado / Gearset / AutoRABIT / Flosum (any one mandatory).
- Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Metadata API, SFDX, CLI, and deployment models.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and large development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer, DevOps Specialist, Architect preferred).
- Experience with multi-org and multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Exposure to regulated environments and audit-compliant delivery models.
