Salesforce DevOps Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. This role will support deployment automation, release governance, environment management, and delivery process optimization using Salesforce DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
• Implement deployment automation using tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Manage source control repositories and branching strategies using Git.
• Support Salesforce deployments using SFDX, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment frameworks.
• Perform environment management, sandbox refreshes, data migration, and release coordination activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, and environment-related issues.
• Implement automated validation, testing, quality gates, release governance, security, and audit requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, version control, and release management.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and Deployment Pipelines.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps practices, automated testing frameworks, and deployment quality gates.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification, Copado or DevOps certification, Agentforce deployment experience, and exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or Azure.
