Requirements
Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Production and Full Sandbox environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and operational excellence.
Design, implement, and optimize Git-based Salesforce CI/CD pipelines to automate metadata deployments and streamline release processes.
Manage source control repositories, branching strategies, merge coordination, and deployment governance in collaboration with Salesforce development teams.
Own and manage Salesforce environment strategy, including sandbox refresh planning, AppExchange package management, storage optimization, data archiving, and non-production data cleanup activities.
Ensure deployment readiness through Apex test execution, static code analysis (PMD/CodeScan), sandbox validation, and release quality checks.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce release management activities, including production deployments, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and platform upgrade readiness.
Handle production deployment support, deployment failure analysis, exception handling, troubleshooting, and resolution of deployment-related issues.
Manage Salesforce security architecture including SSO, BYOK, certificates, connected apps, sharing rules, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and access governance aligned with enterprise security standards.
Support user provisioning, IDMS integrations, Infosec reviews, compliance assessments, and audit requirements.
Implement and maintain backup, recovery, rollback, and business continuity strategies for Salesforce environments.
Monitor platform health, performance, storage utilization, API consumption, and governor limits, driving corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
Administer operational tools, support automation initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency.
Manage data operations including imports, exports, deduplication, translations, data masking, and backup processes.
Maintain global org-level configurations such as global picklist sets, validation rules, record types, and metadata standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, platform governance guidelines, deployment procedures, and metadata inventories.
Support Salesforce license management and cost optimization initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex platform issues related to integrations, security, elevated permissions, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
