Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce applications and features
Perform Salesforce release management including planning, deployment, and post-deployment support
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce deployment issues and failures efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely releases
Maintain and improve CI/CD processes related to Salesforce deployments
Support the setup and optimization of Salesforce environments for development, testing, and production
Apply best practices in version control, configuration, and release management
Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system and deployment issues
Work in a DevOps culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

SFDC Admin Certification (mandatory)
Proven experience in delivery of Salesforce-based SaaS products
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and deployment strategies
Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (highly desirable)
Excellent troubleshooting skills related to Salesforce deployments
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in a DevOps environment is an added advantage
