The Copado Architect iscrucialmember of the Architecture team who will be responsible to leverage advanced Copado capabilities to drive CI/CD automation and help improve the overall Release Management process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of experiencein Salesforce.comoutof which5+ years inusing Copado
- Design, implement, andmaintainCI/CD pipelinesfor Salesforce using Copado and ADO.
- Managesource control strategywith Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).
- Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to defineDevOps best practicesand enforce coding standards.
- Supportrelease management activities, including planning, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Integrate testing, code quality checks, and security scans into the deployment pipeline.
- Provide troubleshooting support for deployment issues and perform root causeanalysis.
- Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and training to upskill development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders (functional, technical, QA, and business) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Experience in the Health Industry and/or working with Salesforce HealthCloud is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Mandatory 3+ years ofHands-on experience in and implementing Copado on the Salesforce platform
- Proventrack recordof Copado implementation for CI/CD, release management, and change management in large-scale projects.
- Proficient in Copado setup, configuration, and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, source control systems (such as Git), branching strategies, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Testing, and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actionsis amajorplus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Knowledge of test automation tools integrated with CI/CDis preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (AdminandPlatform Developer)
- CopadoConsultantcertificationisamust-have. Copado DevOps Architect certification is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degreeor equivalentinEngineeringorarelated field
