We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Development + QA professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing and testing Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Document and report defects, tracking them to resolution to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-13 years of experience in Salesforce development and quality assurance.
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience in automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
