Salesforce Development Lead

We are seeking a driven Salesforce Dev lead for our project starting next week. It is short-term for now with high possibility for extension. Software would be deployed on Salesforce Public Sector Solution (PSS) and Omni Studio.

Duties:

  * Deploy solution developed by development team on top of Public Sector Solution (PSS) and Omni Studio

  * Design solutions on Omni Studio and Lightning platform with complete consideration of out-of-the-box features and Apex governor limits

  * Perform devops processes across teams to ensure seamless delivery to public sector customer

  * Delegate work to development team, collaborate with peers, and provide end-to-end solutions to customers

  * Review work done by development team, and provide guidance on efficient coding and software engineering best practices

  * Interact effectively via phone, Skype, JIRA, and email with the team and with customer stakeholders

Mandatory skills: 

  * Experience developing complex Force.com applications using Lightning component framework, Apex classes, Apex triggers, Apex schedulers and batch processes, and Apex Web services

  * Experience in devops using Copado and Git

  * Ability and interest in taking ownership of entire project

Desirable skills: 

  * Experience deploying Salesforce solutions to public sector customers

  * Experience deploying Fedramp solutions

  * Strong communication skills
