ERM is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Global Delivery Centre and play a key role in shaping the future of our Salesforce delivery. This is a senior technical position designed for an experienced Salesforce professional who thrives on hands-on development and technical leadership without formal people management responsibilities.
In this role, you will act as the local senior resource within our Salesforce Center of Excellence, guiding and supporting junior resources while ensuring best practices in coding, deployment, and release management. Your primary focus will be building and optimizing a robust development pipeline, embedding modern CI/CD processes using tools like Jira and GitHub to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. You will work across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, collaborating closely with global stakeholders and architects to align technical solutions with business objectives and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior technical resource for Salesforce development & product support within the local team.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and MCAE.
- Mentor junior resources and promote best practices in development and deployment.
- Hands-on development, configuration, and integration tasks while guiding architectural decisions.
- Lead the evolution of release management processes, embedding CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards.
- Support solution testing, release management, and production support escalation.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud and MCAE (Net Zero Cloud experience is a plus).
- Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks; Jira and GitHub preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification and/or Architect-level certifications desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies
