Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Salesforce Developer who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Salesforce development, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions while contributing to continuous improvement in development tools, workflows, and platform modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Build and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Amazon Connect / Service Cloud Voice integrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and AWS services
- Develop and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Manage source code using Git and follow best version-control practices
- Use Terraform (IaC) to enable scalable and repeatable cloud deployments
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Participate in code reviews and promote software craftsmanship
- Identify and mitigate application security vulnerabilities
- Monitor application health and business metrics in production
- Ensure compliance with PCI/DSS, Accessibility, and GDPR standards
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Experience with Git and version control
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Python
- Knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to Service Cloud Voice / Amazon Connect
- Familiarity with Azure or multi-cloud environments
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Understanding of airline or travel domain workflows
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies
