Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and Salesforce platform development. Experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents) and AI-driven automation solutions will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, prompt templates, topics, actions, and agent orchestration.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
