Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer who can join us immediately with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven, multi-channel marketing journeys. The role requires deep technical expertise in Marketing Cloud along with the ability to collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to deliver scalable, personalized customer experiences.

Experience with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) is a plus, especially for B2B marketing use cases, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Build and optimize Journey Builder workflows for email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp (where applicable)
  • Develop responsive emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
  • Implement personalization and dynamic content using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
  • Create and manage Data Extensions, data models, and audience segmentation
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, APIs, and third-party platforms
  • Develop automation using Automation Studio (SQL queries, filters, file transfers)
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices for consent, privacy, and deliverability
  • Collaborate with UX, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization initiatives
  • Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Journey Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Email Studio
  • Contact Builder
  • Experience with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement)
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS
  • Experience with API integrations and data synchronization
  • Understanding of marketing automation, personalization, and customer journeys
  • Experience working in Agile / Sprint-based delivery models
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Optional / Advantageous Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer 360 concepts
  • Experience with WhatsApp, SMS, or MobilePush channels
  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer) nice to have
