Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (4+ years) to build front-end automation and workflow capabilities for a customer onboarding/offboarding process. The role involves creating screen flows, UI actions, and integration touchpoints that trigger MuleSoft workflows, while ensuring smooth user experience, error handling, and data consistency within Salesforce.

Location:Pune

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Build screen flows, record-triggered flows, and quick actions for onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  
• Develop button-driven UI components that initiate operational processes from Salesforce account records.
  
• Implement Apex callouts, platform events, or REST integrations to interact with MuleSoft integration layers.
  
• Handle error messaging, UI feedback, and status updates within Salesforce.
  
• Collaborate with business and integration teams to translate workflow needs into Salesforce features.
  
• Ensure Salesforce configurations and flows follow platform best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize flows, callouts, and integration points.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualification

• Minimum 1+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Flow Builder, including screen flows and record-triggered flows.
  
• Knowledge of Apex triggers, callouts, and asynchronous processing.
  
• Familiarity with REST APIs, platform events, and integration patterns.
  
• Ability to design clean, user-friendly Salesforce UI interactions.
  
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  

Good to have Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  
• Experience with MuleSoft or API-led integration platforms.
  
• Experience building onboarding/offboarding workflows in CRM systems.
  
• Exposure to automation best practices, UX patterns, and error-handling frameworks.
