Location: Bangalore, India

Experience Required: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Summary

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative configuration. The ideal candidate will partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions that support GTM and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and Visualforce.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Enhance and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including CRM, ERP, and Integration teams to build seamless end‑to‑end processes.
• Assist in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment of enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in coding, security, and system governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support to end users.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data model.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) preferred.
