Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll get to work on innovative projects that transform business processes in a global manufacturing and agrochemical environment. You'll own modules end-to-end, from design to deployment, and collaborate with colleagues in IT, Product management, Sales & Commercial and Strategy functions as well as consultants from Implementation partners.

Working on an Org having muti country implementation with stakeholders across multiple country teams contributing to global success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Salesforce configuration and customization following best practices.

Lead technical design, development, and testing of complex Salesforce solutions.

Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide technical expertise in project planning.

Ensure compliance with internal and external standards for security, reliability, and governance.

Manage integrations with third-party systems such as SAP, SAP CPI, Azure middleware, and REST integrations.

Oversee modernization of legacy applications and migration to Salesforce.

Manage Flosum for version control and deployment pipelines.

Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend new features for adoption.

Work extensively on Sales and Consumer Good Cloud modules to optimize sales and fulfillment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience including at least 3-4 large scale end-to-end deployments.

Expertise in Apex, Aura, LWC, REST APIs, JavaScript, and integration patterns.

Strong understanding of data migration, schema design, and environment management.

Experience with SSO technologies and governance frameworks.

Familiarity with multiple Salesforce modules beyond Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (mandatory), Consumer Goods Cloud and Marketing Cloud (preferred, not mandatory).

Ability to work at both detailed and abstract levels and mentor junior team members.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
