Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. This role involves working across the complete software development lifecycle and contributing to both front-end and back-end components. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working in cross-functional agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business use cases, pain points, and functional requirements, ensuring user-centric solutions
- Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and agile methodologies
- Analyze application requirements and define appropriate technology stacks, integration approaches, and deployment strategies
- Create high-level software architecture, defining system structure, components, and interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and engineering teams
- Define and implement software testing strategies, standards, and best practices aligned with industry guidelines
- Continuously optimize application performance and improve development efficiency by adopting new technologies
- Follow best programming practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards
- Ensure application security by implementing data protection measures such as encryption and anonymization
- Build intuitive, user-friendly, and interactive user interfaces
- Develop and maintain backend systems including APIs and microservices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to innovation across new technology stack layers

- 6+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Practitioner-level proficiency in at least two programming languages OR advanced proficiency in one programming language
- Experience with Automotive Cloud
