About The Job:

In an ever-changing Salesforce ecosystem, WillScot India IT GCC is seeking a skilled Salesforce UI Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience building modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with UX/UI teams and translate designs into scalable front-end components using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud. This role plays a key part in delivering intuitive, customer-facing digital experiences.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Support design and development of customer and member-facing digital experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

- Translate approved UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive, and production-ready Lightning components.

- Build and enhance front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.

- Ensure UI solutions meet accessibility, usability, performance, and security standards. - Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, developers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Develop reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across applications.

- Integrate UI components with backend Apex services and external APIs.

- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Optimize performance of front-end components and improve page load efficiency. - Support deployment activities and troubleshoot UI-related production issues.

- Maintain documentation of UI components, standards, and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce UI technologies, releases, and industry trends.

Education and Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce UI or front-end development

- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

- Experience translating UX/UI designs into responsive Salesforce components

- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integration patterns

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD processes

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant) preferred
