Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer/Admin with hands-on experience in Apex development and modern AI tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and solution efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including pricing, quoting, and product configurations
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Components
- Manage and maintain Salesforce administration tasks (user setup, roles, profiles, workflows, validation rules)
- Integrate and utilize AI tools (CoPilot, Cursor, Figma) to improve development workflows and UI/UX design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Framework
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models and integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist / Platform Developer / Admin)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
