Job Description
We need an experienced Salesforce professional to take ownership of our implementation project.
The selected candidate will understand business requirements, coordinate with the implementation vendor and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from Sales, Service, Insurance and Used Cars teams
- Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce processes
- Manage the implementation vendor, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate CTI, WhatsApp and other integrations
- Lead data migration, UAT, user training and go-live
- Manage reporting, dashboards, user roles and post-launch improvements
Experience: 5–8 years
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-time, office-based
Candidates must have experience managing at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
