Requirements:

- Strong Salesforce experience – Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer/Developer with good depth across the platform.

- Salesforce Lead Generation – Experience building or supporting lead-generation processes, lead management, and related Salesforce workflows.

- Workflow Automation – Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce automation such as Flow, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, approvals, and integrations.

- Testing & Deployment – Ability to test and validate workflows/automations before production deployment, including identifying potential issues and edge cases.

- Process/Audit Understanding – Ability to identify manual, repetitive, time-consuming, or audit-intensive Salesforce processes and understand where manpower is being spent.

- AI + Salesforce Use Cases – Practical understanding of how AI/automation can reduce manual effort, improve workflows, and address operational or audit-heavy activities.

Good-to-Have

- Salesforce Apex / Lightning (LWC)

- Salesforce integrations/API knowledge

- Experience with Sales Cloud

- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein / Agentforce or other Salesforce AI capabilities

- Experience identifying opportunities for AI-led process optimisation
