Role: Salesforce Tech Lead (B3)
Experience: 5+ Years Salesforce , Overall ( 8-11)
Loc: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Design and own Salesforce technical architecture
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and JavaScript
- Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Copado
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex (Batch, Scheduled, Queueable)
- Advanced experience with LWC and Aura
- Proven Salesforce integration experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer II certifications required
Preferred:
- Prior Tech Lead or Architecture experience
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations
